Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. He has 20 years of experience conducting energy projects including electric power simulation and analysis, power market simulation and forecasting, renewable energy resources integration, and microgrid planning, operation, and control. He brings deep experience in natural resources, economic analysis, and climate resilience to support tribes’ employment, business ownership, and cultural objectives. Through 35 years of environmental and energy consulting for government and commercial clients, Dr. Saltzberg has a deep understanding of climate change's multimedia and social effects and other disruptions to natural systems. He has managed over $1 billion in environmental and energy contracts for commercial and government clients. In addition to economic project development, he is the Director of Professional Education in energy resilience for George Washington University, covering energy finance, energy markets, intelligent energy systems, and electrification of the built environment.
