The Tribal Government Challenge Planning Grant Program is funded by the Strategic Growth Council of California. In this study SRP principals are developing a master energy plan for the Tule River Tribe that accounts for economic growth, new development, energy assurance and security, and programs to reduce greenhouse gases that help meet California State Energy goals.
